Einwegspritze

Deals physical damage to the target at short intervals. The base duration is 3 seconds, with 4 base damage every 0.33 seconds. It cannot critically hit.

Reapplying refreshes the duration instead of adding an independent damage stack. Related effects can change duration, tick interval and whether the damage staggers. Actual damage depends on attack stats and the target's resistance, among other modifiers. Invulnerable targets reject new applications.
