Bone of Eternity: Mana

When casting a skill, creates a mana storm that wraps around itself and deals Magic damage. Based on the number of balance type skulls owned, the damage and AoE of the mana storm increases by (20%/60%). Activating a Bone inscription effect will create a stronger mana storm that deals Magic damage.
