The Chosen Thief’s Twin Swords

Upon dealing the first attack to an enemy, Attack Speed is sped up by 100% and the enemy’s sense of time slows down for 5 seconds. When the enemy’s sense of time returns to normal, their true damage is proportional to the amount of damage they received while time was slowed down.
