Generate an Evil Eye on a stunned enemy to deal magic damage over time. When you use the quintessence, the Evil Eye blinks its giant eye, dealing magic damage to nearby enemies and stunning them.

Duration depends on the applier's duration modifiers and the target's status resistance. Invulnerable targets reject new applications, and Unstoppable blocks Stun and Freeze. Bosses are not universally immune.
