Gains 20 Charge upon using a skill. (Maximum 100) Charge decreases by 1 every second, and normal attacking will strike a random nearby enemy with lightning, dealing Magic damage. The chance of lightning occurring is equal to the Charge number. When you reach the maximum Charge number, you enter a state of Ultimate Charge for 7 seconds, preventing Charge from decreasing and enhancing the lightning strikes. (Cooldown: 15s)
